A fresh cover of Velvet Underground‘s classic track Femme Fatale, Aloe Blacc throws some R&B spice into the pot and does a respectable job. It doesn’t tarnish the original, but due to the change of the beat and voices, it took me a few seconds to realize it was the same track (even though they both have the same name). Check the original below and compare.
