While the internets is buzzing over Kanye West’s new album being leaked (sorry Ye, we got like 20 emails and a couple of calls about it). We’re busy at work listening to new and fresh material. Los Angles based, Casxio is a group that has caught our attention. This quartet consists of Lucas Guerin (bass/voice), Eric Saez (guitar), Zach Schrock (Drums), and Andrea Choe (keys). Casxio fresh-style can best be described as Talking Heads meets Sam Sparro with a touch of old school Prince (before he became the symbol).
Head over to their site and download (free and perfectly legal..sorry again Ye) their four track EP. But before you do that take a listen to their infectious dance track that got them their buzz, “Seventeen.”
