Some call him the inventor of Rap or the black Bob Dylan, we simply call him Gil Scott-Heron. If you don’t know who he is then we suggest you do some research on him. Scott-Heron latest track, Me and The Devil is dark, poetic and thought provoking. For a man who hasn’t put out anything new since 1994, one might expect his music to sound dated, but this isn’t the case. His forthcoming album, ‘I’m New Here,’ is dropping early 2010 and from what we’ve heard it’s incredible.
