Lissie Maurus has had a busy month here at the cafe, with two posts, attending her first performance in New York and releasing one of the best short pieces of work this year, her Ep “Why You Running.” In ‘Everywhere I Go,” a touching narrative to heartbreak, love and loss, Maurus belts out a beautiful rich soulful tune that without question puts this current Ojai California native, on our star watch list for 2010.
