The picture above could either confuse you or scare you! allow us to give it a little clarity. Marissa Nadler is the latest find in our folk department. We were tipped on her music a few months back and what intrigues us about her is the ghostly vocals eeriely similar to Hope Sandoval. Nadler is not new to the music scene, in fact, a fourth album “Little Hells” will see daylight on March 3. “River of Dirt,” the latest single, displays the Boston natives ethereal voice over an array of instrumental arrangements. Creepy it may be, but also very effective.
