Phenomenal Handclap Band is a seven piece set who all hail from Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn New York. I was actually tipped on the group during my recent interview with Diane Birch. There sound is a hybrid of Progressive Rock and Disco with a 70′s style nonetheless. “You’ll Disappear” is a tune that makes us wish we at least cut up a few dance floors and Studio 54 had this blasting from there speakers. Psychedelic funk with very pleasing harmonic female vocals can never go wrong. Self titled debut album”Phenomenal Handclap Band” is in stores now.
