Retro Throwback: Talking Heads
// August 14th, 2008 // Uncategorized

Talking Heads were an American band formed in New York City, the band consisted of frontman David Byrne, Chris Frantz, Tina Weymouth (both of Tom Tom Club fame) & Jerry Herrison. Talking Heads combined the elements of punk rock, new wave, funk, and world music. They still remain one of the most influential groups to ever grace a stage, with hits like “Burning down the House” “Once in a Lifetime” “Psycho Killer” and a ton of other enjoyable classics.
Talking Heads were always wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy before there time, creating sounds in the past that would still be relevant in the present time. Here is a collective B-side that was not a well known hit and surprisingly, it was recorded in the pre- Brian Eno era.
