V.V. Brown has already landed on U.S. soil and now she’s going back in time once again to slay another cover. This time Brown chooses the Gwen Guthrie 1980′s disco hit “Padlock.” A far bit abstract choice it surely is but then again, if you’ve payed attention to her previous covers, we’re not surprised. Expect a major push in the states over the next few months because the Northampton native is putting her stamp on 2010 early.
