Ghostpoet 500x280 Ghostpoet| Gone

Ghostpoet is a spoken word London based artist who focuses on hip hop with a jazz twist. His Ep “The Sound Of Strangers” is unlike anything we’ve encountered in quite sometime, our radar watch is in high gear and we’re certain many other’s will be saying the same thing in the following months. “Gone” is below and a full length should see daylight by the Fall.

Aloe+Blacc1 Aloe Blacc| Whats Your Name

Looks like Aloe Blacc fever is about to begin, since our posting last week on the West Coast native, word is spreading fast of his “How To Make It In America” intro song “I Need A Dollar.” Although he’s far from being a newbie to the scene, Blacc just might has come upon a great thing, while many will praise his golden vocals, you may want to also peep his rhyme skills. “What Was Your Name” finds the classically trained trumpeter, singer-song writer & rapper switching it up and displaying a verbal onslaught that has us asking “Where’s this kid been?” two things, familiarize yourself with this artist,  then head over to Stonesthrow and purchase more of his work.

Visuals are above and album “The Pursuit” is available now digitally but won’t hit the U.S. until early next year.
