Tony Williams, the voice behind a ton of Kanye’s vocals releases a mixtape entitled Finding Dakota Grey. Had this mixtape on last night and this morning at the shop, and this guy needs to take center stage instead of doing background vocals. Check the track listing and mixtape after the jump.

Melanie Fiona kicks off Episode Four of the Off The Wall Sessions.  The topics range from her musical background, working with a label, her album,  working with Questlove and Kanye West, and many other things.

Labi  Siffre is an English poet, songwriter and singer.  Mr. Siffre is someone you kids should know about, in fact you are already familiar with his music.  Sampled by Eminem (My Name Is), Kayne West (I Wonder), Wu Tang, Jay – Z, and Def Squad, Siffre is one of those artist that never got his due and broke into mainstream.  He enjoyed a solid and strong career in Europe, which is evident by him releasing ten albums.  Check out the track, My Song, which Kanye sampled and after the jump check out a Melody of his entitled It Must Be Lovely.

I’m not going to lie, the last few songs Kid Cudi has put has peek my interest in him again.  Late spring and early summer I was ready to write Cudi off, but looking at his tracklist (MGMT…hmmm?) and liking his recent work, I think the Good Music Camp might have a winner on their hands.

I remember hearing Pro Nails back in early 2008 and instantly thinking  it would be a hit.  It was fresh and it had Kanye West on it.  In fact I went to a summer stage show that was headlined by Vampire Weekend, just for Kid Sister.  I thought she had potential.  Well after a year and some change of having her album delayed, she is seeking to drop bombs this summer until her album drops this year.  Check out the cut, Right Hand Hi.

Sorry for the lack of updates, but we got caught up with the Michael Jackson Memorial yesterday.  Today promises to be a big day.

Earlier yesterday we got two new tracks off of Mr. Hudson’s album, Straight No Chaser.  Anyone But Him feat Kanye West and Everything Is Broken featuring fellow G.O.O.D. Music label mate, Kid Cudi.  We aren’t huge fans of these tracks, but we are still eagerly awaiting for his album.

Easily the hottest person in all of music at the moment, Drake has unveiled his video for Best I Ever Had.  One of my favorite  songs this year, but a really dumb video.  I have no clue what Kanye West’s inspiration was…well maybe I do.  Basketballs and Breasts.  Check out what Drake says about the video below

The concept of the video is, I’m a coach at a high school and the girls of my life are all on my high school basketball team. Throughout the video you see us prepping for this big championship game, and my team ends up losing. You see the looks on their faces at the end of the video, but the moral of the story, I guess, is win or lose, you can still be the best to somebody. When women see the video and see all the breast and ass, hopefully they don’t take offense. Hopefully they see the real meaning.

One of our favorite tracks of 2009, Supernova (more on this later) has a video to go with the lyrics.  This track is off Mr. Hudson’s forthcoming album, Straight No Chaser, which is being released on October 5th. Update: Track list and album sampler after the jump
