This past weekend in NYC we got a chance to see Aloe Blacc perform twice. First up was his performance at Southpaw for The Couch Sessions 5th Anniversary party [pics coming tomorrow] and next up was his performance at Central Stage in Central Park. Going to both events, it’s safe to say Aloe Blacc is the real deal. Incredible stage presence from a genuine person who is having fun with what he is doing. And those vibes reflect through his music. Below is the tracklist for his album, Good Things, which we will be released September 28th via Stone Throw.

Jimmy Gnecco, the brain child behind the group Ours is finally releasing a solo album. The Heart is due to hit stores (physically and digitally) July 20th. Gnecco will be taking part in a tour this spring/summer to play some of his new material.
