We’ve been jamming out this Donnis mixtape, The Invitation all day. One of the tracks that stood out to us, is Country Cool. It features southern rappers, Yelewolf and Pill. All three rappers have the same infectiousness and speedy flow and all deliver equally and respective verses. We can tell you one thing, thanks to southern MC’s Ludacris, Outkast and T.I., these new southern rappers are far removed from their White T’s and the Laffy Taffy.

Looks like the Chiddy Bang machine is working quite well, from top spot honors on BBC radio to a current buzz that’s really uncontrollable and recently dropping remixes for The Gorillaz. Now they’ve once again proved why this is going to be a monstrous year for them, peep the dope remix for Ellie Gouldings “Under The Sheets” below. There new mixtape “Air Swell” should drop next week.

How about a remix of a remix to start your day off? What was originally Jack Penate’s track, Pull My Heart Away, has been remixed by Jamie Smith of the XX and now Theophilus London hops on the track. The last time I remember something like this happening, was when Lykke Li’s Little Bit got remix by Drake, and then Mickey Factz hop on the track [here]. It’s a formula that seems to be working.
