I’ve been going crazy over the B.o.B. and Eminem track Airplanes Pt2 [here], now this lands in our inbox this morning. B.o.B. samples Vampire Weekend’s track, The Kids Don’t Stand A Chance [here], and get some assistance from the talented Janelle Monae. Going out on a limb here, but it’s safe to say thanks to the few tracks we’ve heard, B.o.B. album is looking like one of the best releases this year.

Brothers Jesse and Matt Kivel, Ben Usen & David Kitz are Princeton, a four piece set out of L.A. who could be mistaken for the West Coast version of Vampire Weekend. Since ’09 they’ve created buzz, and with there latest video and single for “Calypso Gold,” that buzz should heighten. Definitely one to keep an ear out for as the months continue.
