Remember the part in Coming to America when Eddie Murphy’s character, Akeem, renounces his right to Zamunda? That’s how we have felt with what Ellie Goulding‘s camp has done with her image and sound. A perfect example for you guys is her latest video, The Writer, which looks like an episode of The Hills (not that we watch the show). No matter how the video looks, it’s still one of the best tracks off her debut album, Lights.
