Emmy The Great has released her first single “First Love” from the upcoming full length of the same title, which is seeing the light of day on February 9. We were kind’ve confused by the track, which comes off very lackluster and thrown together. When Emmy collaborated with the BPA for the lovely “Seattle” her vocals fused perfectly, on this go around, Emmy is not so great. Regardless, a solid release is expected from one of the more fresher faces in the folk genre.
