One of the standout tracks off of Incubus seventh studio album, If Not Now, When?, is Promises, Promises. When I heard the line, I’m only 23…, I immediately thought of one my favorite Incubus tracks, Pardon Me. Two different songs, but the number 23 was the thing that grabbed me.
