Yesterday after seeing the clip of John Forte’s, ‘Life Has Just Begun.’ (Thanks Hollywood) I was eager to hear if he was still rhyming. The above clip answers that question. Forte and Kweli rhyme over Kanye West’s Homecoming beat. After seeing this clip above it’s safe to say, being locked away hasn’t hurt Mr. Forte’s lyrics and flow. This was recorded soon after John’s release from Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution December 22, 2008.
