Alex Turner (Arctic Monkeys) & Miles Kane(Rascals) are back with there latest single/video which was directed by Richard Ayoade and one of our favorites here in the office “My Mistakes Were Made For You” off of the album The Age Of The Understatement.
The song features the “London Metropolitan Orchestra” as conducted by Arcade Fire/Final Fantasy violinist Owen Pallett. Yes folks that is Alexa Chung who not only plays the leading lady in the video but is also Alex Turners real life girl friend. There’s not too much going on here but it’s very simple, very stylish, very Last Shadow Puppets.
Side Note- Marc Foster this is our second plea to get this damn song in the new 007 movie soundtrack!!!
